Infant Baptism

Infants and children up to the age of seven years old are baptized according to the Rite of Baptism for Children. Parents are encouraged to have their children baptized in the first few months of life. Children who are seven years and older and have not yet been baptized must receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist) according to the Rite of Christian Initiation (adapted) for Children.

The Rite of Baptism for Children is celebrated in English on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 2:30 pm and in Spanish on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at 2:00 pm. To schedule the baptism of your child, please contact the Office of Christian Education (CCE) at 281-499-4612.

For your child to be baptized:

  • You must complete the Baptism Registration Form.
